Who is responsible

PPO is developed by BOWUR GAMES. For privacy questions or requests, email support@iteleport.net.

Playing and saving on your device

PPO does not require a separate game account. The browser game stores progress, backup saves and preferences in this browser’s local storage, including IndexedDB. The website remembers your chosen language locally. These are functional settings and saves, not advertising identifiers. The game does not upload browser saves to our server.

Native builds keep local saves and preferences on the device. The current macOS and Android implementations use local saves; operating-system backup services may make their own backups according to your settings.

iCloud in iPhone and iPad builds

An iPhone or iPad build with iCloud save integration can automatically check the signed-in iCloud account and synchronize progress when iCloud is available for the app. This uses Apple’s private CloudKit database, not a Bowur account or a public leaderboard. It exchanges the save contents, save identifiers and revision information with Apple and keeps an app-specific iCloud account identifier and synchronization state locally. It does not request your Apple password, email address or contacts.

Availability depends on the build, your Apple account and iCloud settings. Web, Android and the current macOS implementation do not participate in this synchronization. Game Center and Google Play Games cloud saves are not enabled. This notice describes data handling, not a promise of cross-platform cloud availability.

Analytics, advertising and diagnostics

The current PPO implementation has no integrated advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Unity Analytics, advertising and cloud diagnostics reporting are disabled in the project. We do not use game saves for advertising or sell them. Local device or browser diagnostic messages may exist; they are not automatically sent to a Bowur telemetry endpoint by the game. Apple or your device vendor may separately process diagnostics under your system settings and their own policies.

Website requests and technical logs

Opening these pages or loading the browser game sends requests to our hosting server. Technical access and error logs can contain your IP address, time, requested URL, response status, transferred size, referring page and browser/device user-agent information. We use these records to deliver the site, investigate faults and protect it against abuse. They are separate from your local game progress. The site has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the problem. Include only information needed for the issue; never send passwords, payment details or Apple account credentials. Screenshots, logs or save files are optional and may contain information you should review before sharing.

Service providers and access

Hosting and email providers process technical records and support correspondence needed to run these services. Apple processes iCloud data where that feature is available, under its own privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse. We do not use these records to track you across other apps for advertising. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Retention and deletion

Local saves remain until replaced or removed by you, the app or the browser. Clearing bowur.com site data removes browser saves and preferences and can affect other games on this domain; we cannot recover a save that existed only in your browser. Device and cloud backups can outlast deletion of the local app.

Website logs are configured for weekly rotation with four archived files. A record retained for investigating a fault or security incident may be held longer while needed. We retain support correspondence while needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue or meet legal obligations; you may ask us to delete it.

Where an Apple build uses iCloud, manage the app’s iCloud access and stored data through Apple’s device/account controls. Removing local data does not necessarily erase an iCloud copy, and a remaining copy can synchronize again. The current game does not offer a separate in-game cloud-delete button. Contact us if you need help finding the relevant controls.

Your choices and requests

You can contact support@iteleport.net to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about your support request or identifiable website records, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable law allows. We may need limited information to verify a request. We cannot access local-only saves or recover your Apple password. You can also complain to the data-protection authority relevant to you.

Updates
