What to include

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it. Include the game version/build, platform, operating system, browser if applicable, control scheme, and whether you played solo or online. For connection issues, include the approximate time and time zone. A screenshot or error message can help. Never send passwords, session/resume credentials or a full export of browser or app storage.

Platforms and controls

The Unity Alpha targets Web, macOS, Linux, Steam Deck, iOS and Android. Use the matching build and its supported mouse/keyboard, touch or gamepad controls. Browser play starts from the game page at /games/riftward/play/. If loading fails, reload and check hardware-accelerated WebGL support in a current browser. Native builds connect to the same game service; target-platform support does not announce publication on Steam, the App Store or Google Play. Confirm distribution details on the game page.

Online matches and invitations

Online play requires a working connection to the matching game server. If it disconnects, check your internet connection and try reconnecting from the same client/profile and server address. A retained session may resume an active match; a server restart or expired/evicted state can prevent this. This is not a guarantee that a finished match or missed chat messages can be restored.

Invitation links belong to a particular lobby. If an old link no longer works, ask the host to create a current invitation. The game information page describes Riftward; the playable version is at /games/riftward/play/.

Profile and privacy

Nickname and settings are stored locally; resume credentials are specific to the server address. macOS/iOS use Keychain, Android uses Keystore-backed storage, and Web/Linux/Steam Deck currently use local browser/app preferences. Avoid clearing storage as a first troubleshooting step: it can remove your local identity and data for other bowur.com games. There is no email/password account recovery.
